Greenville Schools and Education

Greenville's public elementary and secondary schools make up the largest district in South Carolina, known as the Greenville County School District. Greenville is also served by an array of private and religious schools.

One important landmark of education, the South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts & Humanities, overlooks the Falls Park on the Reedy in Greenville. Additionally, the Greenville Fine Arts Center is a non-residential arts program available free-of-charge to high school students living in Greenville County.
